CANCELLATION POLICY ~Please contact me as soon as you know that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time and I will be happy to rebook your services at a time that is more convenient for you. ~ If you have multiple services scheduled in one appointment block on a single day and you must cancel any of the services booked for that specific block, there will be a 25% cancellation fee for each service cancelled. This will be effective January 31, 2021. ~ If you miss an appointment or fail to give 48-hour notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service total. ~ If you are more than 15 minutes late and I cannot accommodate the schedule shift, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another time.
